Part-Time Administrator
As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in Multan. This includes handling phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Maintaining records and databases
- Coordinating office operations and procedures
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Conducting research as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
