Office Clerk - Indian Nationals Only
A reputable company in Medina is seeking an efficient and organized Office Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills and a valid biometric passport. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
