Housekeeping Manager



We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and up to the highest standards of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and policies
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of guest rooms
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping
- Monitor budget and expenses for the department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month
