Formwork Specialist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team in Acre. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures in preparation for concrete pouring. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle formwork structures, ensuring accuracy and stability
- Install reinforcing bars and mesh within the formwork as needed
- Pour concrete into formwork according to specified levels and grades
- Strip and clean formwork after concrete has set
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty formwork components as necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker or Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Familiarity with various types of formwork systems such as steel, timber, and aluminum
- Basic knowledge of concrete pouring techniques, grades, and levels
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required
- Attention to detail with strong math skills for accurate measurements
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-Israeli citizens
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
