Indian Chef


We are searching for a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Balzers, creating delicious and authentic Indian cuisine for our guests. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes. You will also train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high food standards and ensure efficiency in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus featuring a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain high standards
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management on special events or promotions related to Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and traditions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Great attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes consistently

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Balzers (accommodation can be provided if needed)
