We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Zagreb. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces using techniques such as sandblasting, priming, and spray painting. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the highest quality finish on all surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Select appropriate paints and finishes based on project specifications
- Apply paints using various techniques such as spray painting or hand painting
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Proficient in using various painting techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color and texture
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
