Computer Support Specialist (Malayalee) in Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Malayalee, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and providing timely solutions to technical problems. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates. No previous experience is required; however, proficiency in English is preferred. This position is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Install new computer systems and ensure they are properly configured
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients or employees
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions to complex problems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train employees on how to use new hardware or software systems

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Proficiency in English preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
