Technical Support Specialist (English Speaking) in Moscow, Russia

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Moscow. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, primarily English-speaking Canadians. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Other responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining hardware and software inventory, and assisting with network maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English. You should be familiar with various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, as well as common software applications. Experience with network troubleshooting and knowledge of basic networking concepts is also preferred.
