Entry-Level Construction Manager

As an entry-level construction manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Balzers. You will work closely with experienced construction managers to learn the necessary skills and procedures to successfully manage a project from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed on site
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status
- Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review
- Participate in site meetings and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be eligible to work in Balzers without sponsorship or visa assistance

Salary: 1700$ per month

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.
