Office Manager
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks within the office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining files
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, clients, and external partners
- Plan and organize company events such as meetings or conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required
Salary: $1100 per month
