Office Assistant
We are a growing company based in Jeddah, seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1100 per month, with potential for growth within the company. Accommodation may be provided for foreign applicants.
