Facade Designer

We are a leading architecture firm in Clairvaux, seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer to join our team. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for building facades. This is a part-time position, with the option to work remotely. We welcome foreigners who are passionate about architecture and have experience in facade design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet the clients' needs and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess building structures and gather necessary information for design development.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings of facade designs using relevant software.
- Select materials, finishes, and systems for building facades that are cost-effective, durable, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology.
- Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure timely delivery of designs within budget constraints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Clairvaux but has the option for remote work. However, candidates must be able to travel to Clairvaux for occasional site visits.

Visa Requirements:
We welcome applicants who have their own visa/permit to work in Clairvaux. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
