Construction Project Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. Your main role will be to plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the construction and maintenance of structures and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish within the assigned budget and timeline
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper planning and execution of projects
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect the progress of construction work and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working with multicultural teams is an advantage

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
