Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are a fast-growing construction company based in Sofia, seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget

Salary:
1500$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
