As a seasonal Executive Chef in our busy and dynamic restaurant in Manama, Bahrain, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency of dishes. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that cater to the preferences of our diverse clientele
- Plan and oversee food preparation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are following recipes and techniques accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to determine budget for ingredients and supplies
- Oversee maintenance of kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse team of kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to develop creative menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this seasonal position.
