Job Title: Solar Installer
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. You must have experience in solar panel installation, preferably with a strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring. The ideal candidate will also have experience working at heights and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to specifications
- Conduct site assessments and determine optimal placement for solar panels
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, including wiring and inverters
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to industry standards
- Keep accurate records of all installations and maintenance work
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in solar panel installation
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Comfort working at heights, including on roofs or elevated structures
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
