Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings to determine boundaries, locations, and elevations. This role requires attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, locations, and elevations
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Collect data from surveys and prepare reports
- Create maps and drawings using computer software
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on job sites
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington, USA
