IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our growing team in Umm-Salal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and efficiency of our network
- Evaluate current systems and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage budget for hardware, software, and other technology needs
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement within the company
- Train employees on new technology systems or updates to existing ones
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1700$
Nationalities preferred: Pakistani or Nepali
*Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Umm-Salal with their own visa. However, candidates who require visa sponsorship may also be considered.
