A successful Indian restaurant in Al Ahmadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Ensure quality standards for food and service are consistently met.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment according to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi proficiency is an asset).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait.
