Restaurant Manager – Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and proven success in driving sales and profitability. Fluency in English is required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Biometric passport and valid work permit for Kuwait are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Develop innovative strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain positive relationships with guests
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates on policies, procedures, and promotions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Create employee schedules based on business needs while managing labor costs

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays as needed
