Full-Time Barista in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with orders
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety procedures
- Upsell additional products to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and tea beverages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds if needed
