Part-Time Moderator in Bergen, Norway


We are in search of a part-time moderator to join our growing team in Bergen, Norway. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure that all content and interactions align with our company's values and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to identify any inappropriate content or behavior
- Engage with community members to address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Enforce company guidelines and policies regarding appropriate content and behavior
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and welcoming online environment
- Provide regular reports on community activity and trends

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online communities
- Prior experience as a moderator is preferred but not required

As this is a part-time position, the working hours will be flexible depending on the needs of the community. This position does not come with accommodation, but we do offer a free visa and ticket for candidates who are not currently located in Bergen.
