Full-Time Moderator in Bergen, Norway


Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, forums, and chat rooms to ensure that they are respectful and adhere to community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations on various platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and remove any inappropriate content or behavior
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Foster a positive and engaging online community through active moderation
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online communication and technology

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements for the successful candidate.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen, Norway. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
