Job Title: Entry Level Moderator in Bergen, Norway


We are in search of an Entry Level Moderator to join our dynamic team in Bergen, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating various online platforms, forums and communities to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Your main goal will be to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online platforms, forums and communities for inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce company policies and guidelines to ensure a positive user experience
- Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Provide regular reports on community activity and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Experience using various online platforms and social media (experience as a moderator is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time
