Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct tutoring sessions according to the needs of each student
- Assess student's strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans

- Create engaging and interactive learning activities
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student's progress

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college in Bergen
- Proficient in the subject(s) you wish to tutor in
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles
- Previous tutoring experience is an asset but not required

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 900$ per month. Additional bonuses may be provided for outstanding performance.
