Carpenter



As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing wooden structures and fixtures such as building frameworks, partitions, door and window frames, and staircases. You will work with a variety of tools including saws, drills, chisels, and sanders to shape and cut materials according to specifications. This position requires precision and attention to detail as well as physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings, or written instructions to determine materials needed and dimensions of structure or fixture
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials using hand tools or power equipment
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using screws or nails
- Sand surfaces in preparation for finishing
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged parts or reinforcing joints
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand/power tools safely and accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable)

City: Doha (preference for Indian nationals)
