Entry-Level Instrument Technician in Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Instrument Technician to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. This position is ideal for English-speaking individuals from Africa or Kenya who are looking to start their career in the field of instrumentation and do not require accommodation or visa sponsorship.

As an Entry-Level Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and equipment used in industrial processes. You will work closely with experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control valves.
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and equipment to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Assist with calibration of instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in instrumentation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.
