Part-Time Office Manager
As the Part-Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office in Gujrat. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining records, and overseeing administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document management
- Monitor office budgets and expenses
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and employees to ensure smooth operations
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: $1400 per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)
