Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with senior architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial architecture to gain valuable experience and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of commercial projects, including developing concepts, producing detailed drawings, and creating 3D models
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure designs are functional and meet client requirements
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Create presentations to communicate design concepts to clients
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial design experience (internships or academic projects accepted)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preference:
- Experience working on commercial projects preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sustainability principles in architecture is a plus

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore (local candidates preferred)
