Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for commercial building projects
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural plans, including technical drawings and specifications
- Lead a team of architects in creating comprehensive design solutions that meet project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial building projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail

Salary: $900/month

Location: Lahore (accommodation provided)
