Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial spaces such as office buildings, shopping malls, and other commercial structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for a commercial space
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research materials and products to use in construction based on budget, function, and aesthetic appeal
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the implementation of your designs
- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure that projects are completed within time and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for international candidates.
