Entry-Level Database Administrator - Contract Position (Indians Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Database Administrator to join our team in Akron. As an Entry-Level DBA, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting our databases to ensure their optimal performance. You will also assist in database design and implementation, as well as data backup and recovery. This is a contract position with the potential for future full-time employment. No prior experience is required, but strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Indians with their own visa and no need for accommodation are preferred candidates for this role. Salary starts at $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Assist in database design and implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
