Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our company in Bungoma, Kenya. This position is suitable for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and looking for an opportunity to work abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling documentation and correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Act as the point of contact between the company and clients/vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
