Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia

Our well-established manufacturing company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and making improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and continuously improve operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes
- Conduct time studies and establish standard operating procedures for production processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Use lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits such as healthcare, transportation, and housing. This is a full-time position based in Ar-Ruwais. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
