A reputable architectural firm in Clairvaux is seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. We specialize in the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and are looking for a skilled and experienced architect to help us continue our work.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of historic structures and developing plans for their preservation or restoration. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in preservation or restoration projects. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also required. Candidates must be fluent in English and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of historic buildings
- Develop plans for preservation or restoration projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation or restoration projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates should be able to arrange their own housing in Clairvaux.
