Architectural Designer
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop designs that meet their needs and budget. The Architectural Designer will also be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications, as well as overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and compliance with regulations. As an Architectural Designer, you will:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Develop creative and practical solutions that meet their needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:

- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong understanding of design principles and building materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month in addition to contract benefits. It is open to Pakistani nationals who speak English fluently.
