Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ashdod. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for new guests
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as needed
- Understanding of basic food safety regulations
