Commercial Architect - Bergen, Norway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including offices, shopping centers, and other business establishments. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budgetary and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is carried out according to the design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and make necessary modifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes for commercial buildings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
