Crane Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with strong English communication skills and the ability to operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to kickstart their career in the field of crane operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect cranes daily before use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating cranes, including wearing necessary protective gear
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safe movement of materials
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials using the crane's hoist and swing mechanisms
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials lifted, time spent on each task, and any incidents or accidents that occur

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid crane operator certification or license from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating different types of cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of crane mechanics and safety procedures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings for lifting operations
- Good physical strength and dexterity to operate controls and perform manual tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam would be an advantage)
- Willingness to work in shifts and perform overtime as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month along with accommodation.
