Job Title: Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical knowledge to assist in the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Prepare detailed construction drawings based on the project specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify construction progress
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Utilize your knowledge of materials and construction techniques to provide cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant technical tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
