Architectural Technologist - Vilnius, Lithuania

Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building construction and design, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with the design team to develop detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop technical drawings and plans for architectural projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accurate representation in drawings
- Communicate with contractors and engineers to coordinate construction details
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to create accurate 2D/3D models and drawings
- Review project specifications and make modifications as necessary
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building construction methods and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
