Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Multan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various architectural projects. This full-time position is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits and gather information for project development
- Assist with project management, including budgeting and scheduling
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project designs
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during construction phase
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project meets standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but may require occasional travel to other locations for site visits.
