Administrative Assistant
The administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension, located in Sharjah, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assist with visa applications and other immigration-related tasks as necessary
- Support the team with any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
