Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in handling financial tasks is a plus
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
