We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery in Gujrat, India. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with inventory management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, baking techniques, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in Hindi or English is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, etc. according to recipes and production needs
- Operate all baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, etc. following specific temperature guidelines
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
- Assist with ordering supplies when needed
- Clean work areas after each task is completed
- Follow all food safety regulations
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
