Handyman for Property Maintenance in Dubai

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Dubai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor damages
- Install fixtures and appliances such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and kitchen appliances
- Repair or replace broken furniture and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues or hazards
- Respond to tenants' maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in property maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights if needed
