We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the property. Your main goal will be to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken appliances, and painting walls.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment and systems to ensure their proper functioning.
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have own tools.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Accommodation:
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. However, we can assist in finding suitable housing if needed.

Nationality/Visa Requirements:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport. Work permit/visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Freshers:
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the maintenance field. Training will be provided on the job.

English Speaking Job:
Fluency in English is required for this position as it involves communicating with tenants and following written instructions in English.
