We are in search of a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. You will also be in charge of designing and setting up displays to showcase our products in the most appealing way.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate prices
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and adjust inventory accordingly
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising techniques
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, market trends, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visual presentation
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Russian preferred

Salary:
1200$ per month
