Entry-level Merchandiser in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are hiring an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products within a specific region or territory. Your main duties will include creating eye-catching displays, maintaining inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement. This is a contract position for freshers with an English-speaking background.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays to highlight our products and increase sales
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Communicate with store managers and staff to ensure proper product placement and availability
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or campaigns

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for travel within Russia is required
- Must be fluent in English for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
