Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for our hotel. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and travel agents through regular communication and networking
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, tour operators, and online travel agencies
- Create attractive packages and promotions to boost sales
- Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service experience for guests
- Train hotel staff on sales techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed

Preferences:
While all qualified candidates are welcome to apply, preference will be given to Indian nationals who have experience working in sales roles in the hospitality industry. Accommodation is not provided for this position. A valid visa will be required.
